The location is excellent, offering a pleasant and well-maintained environment. The condominium is new, modern, and provides enhanced security features, making it a safe and comfortable place to live
Thank you for providing a well-located and secure homestay. The environment is nice, and the overall facilities are quite good. However, I wanted to share a few observations and suggestions that could help improve the experience further:
A new mattress would be greatly appreciated for comfort and hygiene.
I noticed that the homestay uses a second-hand mattress, which may be contributing to the presence of some small cockroaches in the room. It seems they may be coming from some of the older furniture or items.
The fan in the room is not functioning properly and could use maintenance or replacement.
The TV also seems to have some issues and is not working as expected.
I hope you don’t mind me pointing these out, as I believe addressing them would enhance the overall quality of the homestay. Thank you again for your hospitality, and I appreciate your attention to these matters.

spacious apartment with 2 bedroom, have iron board with iron and hair dryer, 2 way refrigerator, all rooms with aircond, clean and body wash provided
in the future when they have extra money maybe they can include microwave too ;)
