It was comfortable the Location was ok

The room could have been cleaner. We were also surprised to find four towels in the room but were told that we were only allowed to use two of them. If we used any of the additional towels, we would be charged extra. We didn’t think this was a good policy, especially from a hygiene perspective. If extra towels are left in the room, there is no way for guests to know whether they are truly unused or if a previous guest may have used one and simply folded it back. If the policy is to allow only one towel per person, it would make much more sense to provide only the number of towels guests are permitted to use.
