I appreciated that the property was near the station about an eight minute walk away from the station. And also on the same street there’s a 24 hour deli just in case you get hungry in the middle of the night you could order something to eat also, I was a bit nervous about having the whole host being there, but it is actually very comforting having someone who knows the city and able to give you a recommendation on where to go. I appreciate that the host was very welcome.
I just wish that I had brought shower shoes and wish was a mirror inside the room so I didn’t feel like I would have to take up time in the bathroom even though nobody else was there for the majority of the time

Good price for New York. It’s located in Bushwick, which is a fun district in Brooklyn. There are a lot of cafes and bars nearby. Within 30-45 minutes you’re in Manhattan. The host wasn’t there, but his friend was always available and very friendly.
It wasn’t very clean. There were always so many dirty dishes in the sink that you couldn’t use it. There was no space in the fridge. The cat’s fur was everywhere on the floor as well as the cat litter. The litter box was located next to the room and it was a bit smelly sometimes. You should be aware that there live other people in the apartment, too, not just the host and his friend. At some point there was also a dog (?).
