Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und reagieren auf alle Anfragen und Anliegen sehr schnell, es gab kleine Begrüßungsgeschenke, Mängel wurden sofort behoben, es gab umfassende Informationen. Das Haus liegt günstig in einem schönen Bungalow-Park: Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen. Man kann direkt am Haus parken. Es hat einen großen, vollständig umzäunten Garten - gut für Kinder und Hunde. Das Haus war schon vor der vereinbarten Uhrzeit zugänglich.
Das Haus ist etwas alt und abgewohnt. Möblierung und Ausstattung sind spärlich: kein einziger Kleiderschrank in drei Schlafzimmern, nur zwei offene Kleiderstangen, kein Föhn, kein Sonnenschirm im Garten. Es hätte sauberer sein können.
