Logement confortable et bien équipé. La literie est confortable, la déco est soignée, la maison dispose de l'ensemble des équipements nécessaires pour un séjour agréable. La salle à manger offre une vue agréable sur la cour de la maison. A moins de cent mètres de la maison, on peut rejoindre la forêt et emprunter un agréable chemin forestier qui longe la Vologne. Zone commerciale pour faire les courses à moins de 3 minutes en voitures, centre-ville et lac de Gérardmer facilement accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture.
Le chauffage qui fonctionne principalement avec une clim' réversible, pas idéal (bruyant) les deux premiers jours quand il faisait froid, pas du tout gênant dés que la température remonte. Un peu trop éloigné du centre de Gérardmer pour s'y rendre à pied, il faut mieux disposer d'un véhicule.
