Loved having rooms to sleep separately as a couple who snore ! Nice bathrooms options shower and a bath rarely nowadays to get a bath ! Lovely hot tub and partial view of the beach air conditioning perfect specially with heatwave ! Beds very comfortable!
Didn’t like the new building next door blocking beautiful views and builders waking us up mond and Tuesday morning !
Unable to go into hot tub as no privacy from builders sadly ! The worst sleep ever as I’m light sensitive and rooms really do need curtains as blinds let in light which I really found difficult! Outside furniture not cleaned along with surrounding glass dirty understand seagulls but clearly not been cleaned for long time ! Rear bedroom has not enough soundproofing as like sleeping with the seagulls from 3am like being outside but even heavy curtains would help with that and prevent the light coming through ! No TVs working no WiFi they couldn’t sort for us ! Definitely need to sort!

We loved the home away from home feel, the cottage was equipped with everything you could need from cooking utensils, to bin bags and washing up sponges. Every bathroom had towels, bath mats, hand soap and hair and body wash to use. Also every room had air conditioning which made our stay very comfortable. We requested a cot which was provided for us at no extra cost.
Information on how to collect the key was given on the morning of our arrival and the host communicated perfectly with us, even to let us know we could have slightly earlier access.
Beds were super comfy and we discovered that the double beds could also be made into singles , which makes the accommodation able to host up to 8 adults/ children and a toddler in a cot bed, which makes this great value for money for big families like ours. The property was clean and well presented........oh and the hot tub is not to be missed!! Next time we visit gorleston-on-sea for our beach day trips (which you can see and get to in less than 5 mins walk) we are 100% booking here again!

There was not anything to dislike apart from Having to leave,but some advice that you will need to take bedding for the travel cot if you request it.
