Posizione ottima, anche per me che mi muovo in treno. Stanza molto carina, con servizi in più rispetto alle classiche stanze che si trovano di solito.
Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, la luce della zona « cucinino », che essendo a sensore e temporizzata, si accendeva un po’ quando voleva e si spegneva troppo presto. Ma proprio per voler trovare qualcosa… perché il posto é davvero carino!!!

Ampio Bilocale con vista sulla piazza di Fano. Ci siamo trattenuti per pochi giorni, ma saremmo stati volentieri anche più a lungo. Appartamento accogliente, presenti tutti i servizi come da annuncio. Pulizia adeguata. La presenza del condizionatore per le giornate di agosto è stato un valido alleato. Lo staff ha sempre risposto alle domande in tempi consoni, disponibilità e cordialità da premiare.

Il proprietario gentilissimo e veloce nelle risposte. Posizione dell'alloggio centralissima, comoda sia al centro storico sia al mare. Apprezzato la possibilità di potersi fare tè e tisane. Apprezzatissimo il frigorifero.
Poca pulizia del balconcino, è vero che ci sono tanti piccioni, ma il balconcino era già sporco al nostro arrivo. Doccia con manopole selettori dell' acqua difettosa.

La posizione
Non particolarmente pulita. Ho avuto l’impressione che le lenzuola non fossero state cambiate rispetto all’ospite che c’era stato prima perchè le pieghe erano tipice di lenzuola usate. Per fortuna mi porto sempre le mie federe.
