Rising Sun Villa

The place is even nicer than the pictures. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. Beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. Wonderful place!! I notice the review before me commented on not having a coffee maker. There is coffee maker and coffee :) and paper towels. :)

We had an incredible time staying at this villa! The location is unbeatable just a short drive from the airport, and it’s so convenient with local stores nearby. Funchal is only about 15 minutes away, so we had easy access to all the attractions while enjoying the peace and privacy of the villa. The highlight, without a doubt, is the view. The property offers breathtaking panoramic views that truly take your breath away perfect for both morning coffee and evening sunsets. A special mention to the host great communication throughout our stay. Magda were quick to respond and made everything so easy, ensuring we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommend this villa for anyone visiting Madeira!

Beautiful views, well kept house and gardens. Owners are responsive and helpful. Really a nice overall experience.

Big things were all excellent. House is beautiful, well maintained, gardens lovely. Owners were wonderful. Smaller things such as lack of kitchen hand towels, paper towels, coffee maker (filter coffee) would have been nice.
