What a beautiful place, spaceous, lovely decorated, clean. Well supplied kitchen, several rooms for sitting, relaxing, gaming, etc. The roof terrace is very spaceous with split between dining area and sitting/laying. Walking distance to bakery, a small travel to beautiful scenery and nature. You can go hiking or biking in the mountains, rodeln, swimming, a mere hop to Munich. A perfect hideout!
Only 1 carpark on premise, but nearby other spots. House is a bit noisy, so you hear the upstairs neighbours. 2nd toilet in the hallway is inconvenient at nighttimes, as you need to unlock the hallway door.

Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Eine Mikrowelle wäre für die Zubereitung von Babynahrung praktisch, es geht aber auch ohne.
Die Lage an der Straße ist für Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht ideal. In der Wohnung selbst merkt man davon nichts. Die Wohnung ist nicht barrierefrei.
