L'appartamento era molto pulito, dotato di tutti i comfort e servizi, comprese lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Si trova al 15esimo piano di un condominio ed è dotato di ampie vetrate sia nella zona giorno che nella zona notte, cosa che permette di godere di un panorama meraviglioso su tutta Londra. La posizione è strategica e permette di raggiungere in pochi passi sia la linea DLR che le linee District e Hammersmith & City in qualche minuto.
Essendo arrivati all'appartamento in estate, ci sono state un paio di giornate estremamente calde che hanno riscaldato molto anche tutto l'appartamento. In casa c'era una temperatura di 30 gradi fissi. Essendo al 15esimo piano, le finestre non si possono aprire completamente, tranne la porta finestra che dà sul balcone. Questo impedisce un buon ricircolo d'aria. L'appartamento manca inoltre di impianto di condizionamento.
