The lack of cooling. Not air conditioned Only 2 of the bedrooms with fans very uncomfortable on a hot day The backyard needs some maintenance

Fantastic location with the most brilliant views across Jervis Bay. Very spacious house with 4 v large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets. Comfortable living areas and the pool table is fun.

I have stayed in multiple holiday houses in Jervis Bay for approx 20 years and all of them have a beachy/coastal feel to them. This house feels more like going to stay at Nana's house. Well appointed but quite dated and carpet throughout which felt weird for a beach holiday. Despite being advertised as having so there is NO AIRCONDITIONING and there are no ceiling fans or even pedestal fans so the house is quite airless especially during the summer heat. No dishwasher either (not that that is a huge issue) but also only one PowerPoint in the kitchen which meant we had to constantly swap between the kettle, toaster and coffee machine constantly through breakfast.
