Der Lage der Wohnung war super. Nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, viele Restaurants am Strand und trotzdem in ruhiger Lage ohne Lärm. Der botanische Gärten ist in 500 Meter zu erreichen.

Die Wohnung hat leider keinen Garten aber eine Terrasse.

Good day, This property ticks all my boxes, located close to Victoria Mall along a quiet road & in walking distance of the Lakeside, Botanical Gardens & other amenities such as Eating Places and Pubs. Try the Sudan Cafe for coffee & Nepalaya Restaurant nearby. The property is properly secured behind a gate and guarded at night. On hand is a representative of the hostess to clarify and help in many ways, the hostess who was quick and pleasant to deal with over WhatsApp, always a bonus having good communication. Wifi was good being on a wire rather than a mobile. The property was clean and pleasant with a fully equipped kitchen. Its good not to have to get into a car to get out & on the ground floor with 3 steps up to the house level from ground level.

The property is in a great location near the airport and Victoria mall

No cleaning service is offered , and also the is a houseman that lives directly behind the house . So you are not alone there .the electricity runs out fast and then it’s up to the client to pay for more . A Snake entered the house on the last day , no idea how it got in all windows and doors were locked .the washing machine is not in the house you need to ask the house man to do your washing
