Proper huisje, heel rustig gelegen. Op 10 minuten rijden van Vythina, waar bakkers, winkels en tavernes zijn.

Beperkte voorzieningen in de keuken. Het huis ligt heel afgelegen, er staan maar een paar andere huizen die onbewoond lijken.
