The location is perfect. For us it is not far away from the center - in the morning we walked down through the nice green area to the center and in the evening we took the bus back to the hotel - and there are many nice restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was very clean and the bed was perfect.
The shower was leaking and the floor in the shower/toilet was always wet

It's located in a nice residential area, so a lot of cheap eats around. Elmler subway station is 10min by foot, and there are busses going to the city center from the bus stop right in front of the hotel. The staff are nice and helpful, and the place is clean, a really, really good value for money.
Some of the staff doesn't speak English or Russian, and if you pay by card, you pay for 20% commission. Since there are a lot of exchange places with 1.70 exchange rate, it's just better to bring cash and exchange it there or even at the airport. There's also no slippers given lol.
