The owner is super friendly, the other guests were super friendly and kept to themselves, the amenities were enough for us to cook actual meals, the beds are super comfortable and the rooms are nice and don't look old at all. If there are any problems the owner answers back super quick. I totally recommend even if you're staying for a whole week :), It's also near a bus stop so it's super easy to get to.
Some amenities hadn't been used in a while such as the iron, ironing board and maybe some cleaning supplies but the owner offered to drop off newer stuff so it shouldn't prevent you from staying here. :) The walls are a bit thin but I don't think anyone minds.

The room was reasonable size and there was enough bedding to be comfortable and warm
Streets were busy - parking was difficult and there was lots of noise from party goers. Someone tapped on window at 4am asking about earphones stolen from
Nightclub.
The kitchen had dirty cookware left in stove.
