Very comfortable mattress. The bathroom was clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great location — the subway is only about 10 minutes away. The neighborhood felt safe, and the neighbors were quiet and respectful. Victor is a kind, friendly, and welcoming host. Room was very spacious, kitchen was clean. Location was excelent. Realy close to metro and direct bus to Manhattan. Host was very friendly and helpfull. I even forget my charger in a room and he helped me get it back.

Die Lage ist ganz okay. Man kommt mit der Bahn relativ schnell nach Manhattan.
Im Grunde genommen ist die Unterkunft ein Airbnb. Im Bad gab es Schimmel und bis auf das Schlafzimmer war leider doch alles sehr dreckig. Das Treppenhaus hatte auch ein etwas unangenehmen Geruch. Der Host hat mir zu Beginn einen falschen Code für die Schlüsselbox gegeben. Der eigentliche Code der Schlüsselbox war super simpel, sodass ich mir etwas Sorgen um die Sicherheit gemacht habe… Das Schlafzimmer war ebenfalls mit einem viel zu simplen Zahlencode ausgestattet
