1. The view & location was perfect. Having seats on the beach was very enjoyable. 2. The kitchen was very nice and had all utensils, spices, etc. that a person needs to cook. The bathroom had extra towels, plenty of hot water, shampoo, cream rinse, and hand soap. 3. Having a top sheet on the bed 4. Heated floors 5. Washer & dryer available on the premises. There is a small fee but it’s minimal 6. When we called for assistance the management answered every time.

1. The mattress has lumps and bumps and needs to be replaced. Very uncomfortable. Impossible to get a good nights rest. The sheets do not fit the mattress and rolls up on the corners. 2. The deck has shades, however the attachment is broken and missing parts. It needs to be fixed. The shades will not role up or down. One shade is on the roof and the other shade flaps around obstructing the view and never provides any shade. In the evening during the sunset the sun rays shine into the living room - blinding! The sun reflects off of the mirror located above the couch blinding everyone throughout the condo. During this time, you cannot relax or watch t.v. 3. Lamp in living room is not bright. Needs a 3 way light bulb. Also, there isn’t a lamp next to the bed to read or lights directly above the bed. There isn’t a headboard and the pillows are constantly dropping down to the floor above your head. Without a headboard there’s nothing but a hole. 4. An Informative book needs to be available to inform renters regarding the following: the pool and where the keg is to get into the pool area, along with dates of when the pool will be open & closed for the season, where the grill is located and what’s needed to use it, where the washing machine is located, cost, and supplies needed, how to use the appliances and TV, the rules of the condo complex, and inform renters if they want to utilize the fire pit on the beach to bring their own wood and matches. 5. The address of the condo complex was incorrect on the reservation. It needs to be corrected. 6. Management isn’t knowledgeable about the studio or complex so they aren’t very helpful in resolving issues. 7. The housekeeper is not up to par as there was no toilet paper provided when we arrived and the floors were not clean. 8. The air conditioner is a stand up unit located next to the couch. The hose from the wall was detached from the unit when we arrived due to the tape not holding. It’s also very loud when running.
