Easy access,everything that's needed for an apartment was there. The lift was unlike anything we've used before was enjoyable just watching it work .the courtyard was breathtaking ,was our first time in Italy we expected things to be old but this was better than a hotel in our opinion.
Really my only complaint was the noise outside really loud cars and the police and ambulance sirens when they went past,I've never heard anything as loud but because of the tall buildings on both sides maybe made it sound like a tunnel

Hostitel nereagoval na zprávu ani telefon, že nejde v bytě elektřina po výpadku. Stačilo by alespoň základní projevení zájmu.
Večer zapáchají odpady. Postel je nepříjemná včetně polštářů.

La ubicación, en un barrio muy bonito, con acceso al metro y tranvías cerca que nos permitieron recorrer Milán sin dificultad. El departamento es muy cómodo
La colocación de la cama contra una pared. Creo que se podría cambiar de lugar la cama y el placard lo que redundaría en un lugar más cómodo. La falta de algunas pequeñas cosas ( pela papas, destapador de cerveza, repasadores o en su defecto papel de cocina en cantidad) que no son importantes pero que faltaban

You can get to it using various public transport options and there are lots of cafes nearby.
Two bottles of water were provided.
Have plenty of toilet paper and towels.
You can contact the host on WhatsApp.
It was hard to get through the door the first time.
The shower cubicle was very small. Uncomfortable to take a shower there.
The coffee machine is broken.
The lamp on the bedside table is not working.
The plug socket is loose in the bathroom wall.
The tap and shower head have a lot of limescale.
The neighbour is playing their TV really loudly. You have to make sure you go and knock on their door every night.
