ROACH INFESTATION/CUSTOMER SERVICE DISASTER

Once we were finally able to make entry, Initially walking in, the place was nice.

Communication with the host was awful. Missed the mark entirely on customer service. It was freezing that day ( 30°s ) and the host took over 45 min after we let him know we arrived, to give the correct entry code to the lock box. Had the nerve to insult us about not being able to get in, after I told him the code didn't work. Only to find out it WAS indeed the wrong code. On the surface the place looks great, but when I got up at 2:15am to use the restroom, sat down on the toilet and noticed 2 roaches crawling in the bathtub, looked over saw 2 more roaches crawling on the bathroom vanity. (German cockroaches) Disturbed I went to the kitchen to wash my hands and noticed a roach on the floor in the living room then at least 5 more in the kitchen. The place is infested.
