Garden Hideaway Minutes to Fishtown

I loved how much she was messaging with any questions I had. She has GREAT communication! The landlord is very sweet and respectful as well! I love the way she took her time and always asked how we were doing. The A/C had problems and she got her mechanic out there as quickly as possible! I loved the games she had for us to play! The whole place smelled amazing when we walked in, very clean and fresh!

The neighborhood was a little scary, so we stayed in at night.

The location was perfect for a concert at the Franklin Music Hall! Very easy to get to public transport. Fun activities in the room as well with the ladybug hunt.

The big bed wasn’t stable enough for two people so we ended up using the trundle bed which wasn’t super fun for a couples trip.

It was relatively easy to enter the property. The apartment is spacious and has a renovated bathroom and kitchen.

The property needs a deep cleaning. When I walked in I was greeted with the smell of pot. The basics were clean but everything else was not. I didn't like the black sheets and towels that hide stains and I'm not sure these were changed out from the last guests. It felt grungy. There was a coffee machine (dirty) but no coffee or tea. The neighborhood is very sketchy. Lots of garbage piled up and drug addicts. Signs of an area in transition but not close to being completed.
