Property was easy to locate, and situated in a nice quiet area.
Ensuite bathroom easily flooded, the fall of the tiles on the floor does not keep the water in the 'shower' area. A squeegee would have helped to move the water to the drains.

Great house with all the conveniences of home, nice soft beds and a great shower. Enclosed yard so the kids can run wild outside with an amazing park just down the road. Includes a bathtub, laundry and even a rumpus room with some kids toys to keep the little ones entertained!
Location of key is a bit risky, I would suggest a key lock. No access to the garage to keep the car out of sight. The shower leaks a little water on the floor.
