Unique lakefront glamping

The location is amazing, right on the waterfront and 10 minute walk to lovely restaurants in Toukley. We dined at BB's Soul Kitchen which was fabulous. The cabin itself was very retro-cool - I loved the decor and the kitchen was so well appointed for a vacation property with olive oil, condiments and excellent cooking equipment. I enjoyed it so much I have already booked again!

It is useful to know that the toilet and shower are outside of the main cabin.

Really cosy and unique caravan. Very well equipped. Right on the lake! Beautiful walking path and only 15 mins walk from main shops.

It was perfect, beautifully appointed with such lovely touches. Patricia has thought of everything you could possibly need.

Clearly some thought has gone into this caravan and it’s garden. The toilet and shower are new. You need a degree to work out hot water, but it is there! The bed was comfy, bedding nice, and great with the heat pump in winter. Dog friendly too. We met the owner by chance and she was very nice.

We would have given a much higher rating e.g. 8 overall, if it were not for this....there’s a burnt down house on the street with squatters/junkies in it, according to neighbours. Someone tried to break into our car it but the car alarm went off and the suspects ran off. We then parked the car directly in front of the van. But it put us on edge all night with people walking around outside the van. The local dirt bikes were also busy all night into the early hours of the morning making a lot of noise in the streets. I feel we paid over the odds for quirky.
