Pool was nice, great views! Sauna was ok, nice and hot but the walls were falling apart, location was great for our needs, view from the apartment was good. Bed was comfortable and firm.
Poorly managed, had us waiting outside late in the night to organise check in, no instructions provided and those that were, failed. Communication was poor, room wasn’t the cleanest, had mould next to air vent, had piping sticking out, shower tap was broken and would fall off when you try to use it. Towels were fit for a child, not a full grown adult. Slow to respond, not as pictured.
