The Pomegranate

Stayed here over Easter 2026 and had an amazing time! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a generous basket of goodies. The house is perfect for entertaining with 3 fully equipped kitchens, a built in deep fryer, BBQ and spit area, plus two fridges with water and ice so we didn’t have to purchase any like we usually do. There’s even karaoke and disco lights which made it extra fun. They also provide spare portable mattresses in double and single sizes. They are on the thinner side but perfect for the kids and great for a slumber party in the lounge area. There was also a baby safety gate upstairs which was ideal for my 1 year old. The highlight was definitely the heated indoor pool and spa, a huge hit with the kids! Overall, a fantastic stay. Highly recommend 👍

Our stay at this stunning home, hosted by Socrates & Stephanie, was absolutely fantastic! We had a group of 16, and the house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotless from top to bottom. The hosts were incredibly responsive and always available to assist with any questions about appliances, making our stay seamless and stress-free. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with a thoughtful surprise—chocolates and chips for our special event, which was such a lovely touch! The house itself is pure luxury, with elegant living spaces, multiple entertainment areas, and top-of-the-line amenities. The heated indoor saltwater pool and spa were a huge hit, and the home theatre, pool table, and games room kept everyone entertained. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the modern gourmet kitchen had everything we needed for group meals. The outdoor areas were equally impressive, with a large backyard, friendly resident chickens, and even a visiting kookaburra named Jerry! The location was perfect—close to the Mornington shops, beaches, and local attractions. Overall, this home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, fun, and relaxing getaway. Huge thanks to Socrates & Stephanie for being such wonderful hosts! We can’t wait to return!

Nothing not to like

The Pomegranate property was spacious and well catered for with lots of recreational spaces. Easily fit everyone in comfortably and room for more. Kitchen spaces were above and beyond for cooking all of our meals together. Well kept and clean, didn’t have to worry about a thing here. The Socrates hosts are extremely friendly and willing to help out with anything we needed over the course of our stay with clear and efficient communication. I will definitely be staying here again.
