O chuveiro tinha uma goteira contínua, não teve jeito de fechar o registro totalmente. Pia do banheiro estava com dificuldade de esgotar a água, parecia que estava entopida.

Custo benefício total! A acomodação é de excelente estado de conservação e uma paz absurda. Muito bom pra quem busca repouso e afastamento dos grandes movimentos.
