Chalet moderne pour 6 - proximité des plages

This property was very clean and spacious - there were only 2 of us but it has 3 bedrooms- with a beautiful garden and very well equipped. It was only about a 15 min walk to the beach through the dunes. The check in and out procedure was very good. It is in a newly built domaine with an indoor pool.

You need to beware when booking this that there is extra charges for cleaning and bedlinen/towels etc. This is not obvious when booking you only get told this afterwards. You need to look at photo number 9 out of 36 to see this. It is not shown exactly what these charges are nor is it in the property description. Also there is an 800 euro deposit. All in for a 3 night booking that cost 333euro the extra charges would have been about 150euro for cleaning towels and bedlinen. Quite a lot more than you expect to pay! As I booked last minute there was no free cancellation. I requested a cancellation from the property but was denied and I complained to booking.com about this as I believe that this practice is totally unfair and I have never booked anywhere on this platform and then been expected to pay more afterwards. The property management company after a lot of back and forward said I would have had the right to cancel within 24 hrs which I was unaware of. Anyway it was already too late by the time I looked at the messages telling me how much the extras were. You can always do your own cleaning but with that you have several hours of your last morning and the extra stress of leaving it exactly as you found it. That's what we did. The only other things to note are that the property is on a busy road so there is road noise.

Le chalet est exceptionnel , magnifique et la situation est top . La résidence est sécurisée avec un portail codée. La propreté du logement, l’équipement au top il ne manque rien vous êtes ici comme chez vous . Et le logement au delà de nos attentes. Le personnel de la conciergerie d’une extrême gentillesse et arrangeant en fonction de notre disponibilité je les remercie.

Un seul bémol dans ce magnifique séjour, le barbecue est exceptionnel mais nous avons constaté à notre arrivée qu’il n’avait pas été nettoyé du tout et comme je n’avais pas envie de nettoyer les restes d’autres personnes…nous avons composé sans grillade. Heureusement que la cuisine est hyper bien équipée et rien ne manque dans cette location. Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse car nous n’avions pas la commande pour la pergola bioclimatique. En cas de beau temps ça aurait été bien pratique.
