The property is unbelievable. Every detail is thought through, and so convenient. Toiletries, down to the day-to-day basics, are all provided. We were short of nothing. Everything is clearly provided and convenient. The beds are so comfortable, and the space is well-maintained.
Nothing negative, just a few notes as we went in the middle of the transition period from ski season to spring. The stove/oven did not work well or was not easy to figure out. It didn't seem to heat well, but it could be user error. The resort is in a transition period right now after ski season ended, so the on-site restaurants are operating on limited hours or are closed for the season. The lawn games were not set up yet. The gonodolas were gone as well, so we could not use them, maybe being serviced after ski season, not sure. The firepits were not on, but I think that is by request only, and the game room that used to be there is now a small room in the pool area. Would be nice if there were some indoor activities for the kids when the weather is colder.
