Very very good staff. Cheryl is a #1 asset for your company. Our friends were booked in a room on the fourth floor right directly across from the elevators so they weren’t happy. Cheryl was right there being present, accommodating, insufficient, and getting them different room had a crew in their cleaning it up with expediency and they were in the room next to us down the hall within 20 to 25 minutes. Very impressive. Who goes to Cheryl? She is a great team. Member and thank you for the rest of the staff. Following her footsteps will definitely be returning. Thank you.

Brand new hotel (opened in 2025) in a fantastic location near Thunder Valley Casino and super easy to get there by Uber (which we took) or your own car. We stayed here even though we live only 45 minutes from Casino. We went to a concert and were going to be drinking.
It’s conveniently located next to Leatherby’s Family Creamery, with a Starbucks and Walgreens all within walking distance, which made everything really convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were great-friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. From the gentleman who checked us in, to the lady at check out. Wonderful and welcoming.

Huge lobby to sit and read if you want to just be out of your room. Well stocked snack area with lots of munchies and drinks near check in counter.
The bathroom had a great amount of space-perfect for all my “big hair and makeup” essentials. It features a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower, but still offered plenty of room overall.
The room itself was comfortable, with a nice layout that included an easy chair and side table-great for relaxing at the end of the day.
The complimentary breakfast was about a 6/10. The food was on the cooler side, and the bacon was… let’s just say crepe thin.
They did offer a good variety-muffins, bagels, cereal, waffles, eggs, and bacon-but the quality and temperature could definitely be improved. I appreciated the effort!
Not much to dislike overall, but a couple things stood out. The coffee maker in the room wasn’t a Keurig, and the pod holder was dirty with leftover grounds-definitely not a great look. We ended up going downstairs to the coffee bar instead.
There was also a large stain on the carpet right outside our room (#329), just before entering.
These may seem like small things, but they matter. Issues like this need to be handled quickly, or a brand-new property can start to feel run down fast. If a stain happens, it should be cleaned immediately-details like that make all the difference.
We will definitely stay here again when attending concerts nearby!
