Loved the location, near everything from dine in spots to shopping malls, one of the city center, also support staff, especially Mr. ARIF was very kind, active and supportive, always responsive, and would try to address the issues at best and earliest.
The flat is on 7th floor and tower have no backup generator, as the power outage is routine in city, twice qe have to climb up the stairs and other tine we went back and return when power came back. One critical issue is the residential unit doesnt have a genset or a UPS so once power is out you would be in a spot of bother, also the water heating unit have an issue and we never get to get it working.
This issue is for a long tenure stay. If it is for a short stay for a day or 2 one can manage.
