Bathroom, toilet and bed are clean. Staff was helpful. I didn’t hear any disturbing noise. Cabin was also functionally decorated.
It’s further than it looks but location is clearly marked on the map, right? So you know where it is when you book.

Fantastic price for Amsterdam. Very clean. Staff were all very polite and helpful. Showers and Toilets are modern.
The only downside can be the location, however, it wasn’t an issue at all for me as I always rent a bike out for the full duration of my stays in Amsterdam. If you rent a bike out you can easily park it overnight outside the hotel which means it’s less than a five minute ride to the ferry and then about a ten minute ferry over until you’re at Amsterdam central. This isn’t bad at all, especially for the price. I’d definitely recommend renting a bike.

The staffs were very nice.Every-time there and helpful . And the washrooms are very clean.Hair dryer is there.Value of money.Good locker facilities.
It’s too far from public transport. If you are having luggage it’s too hard to reach the property by using public transport.Otherwise by walking without luggage there are tourists spots nearby and a good location but not that too close if you are not ready to walk.
