The place was very clean and comfortable and I pretty much had the place to myself. Communication with the owner (mostly through booking.com messaging but occasionally in person) was efficient and helpful.
I was initially concerned that I did not have the private bath advertised and there was no lock on my room door, but it turns out that I was the only one there (except the owner occasionally and he had his own suite when there) so the bathroom was private in the sense that it was right next to my room and I was the only one using it. With no one else there, the lack of lock on my room was not a problem during that week.
