La amplitud, especialmente de la terraza. Al disponer de 3 habitaciones, el tener un baño y un aseo permite una mayor comodidad si lo usan muchas personas. La ubicación es excepcional, a pie de playa. La plaza de aparcamiento también es un aspecto a destacar.

Ubicación
Cuando llegamos vimos que una puerta de armario estaba descolgada y se lo dijimos al gerente y ahora nos dicen que nuestra culpa. Y el cajón de la nevera que lo hemos roto también cuando es mentira. Estaba así de antes. Y como no nos afectó, no dijimos nada y ahora quieren que lo paguemos... también los plomos de vez en cuando. Esperamos que no quieran arreglar la instalación eléctrica por nosotros....
