Photographer's Place Ferragial City Center Oasis

The location and building facilities were great. I appreciated the detailed information from the host for arrival/departure preparation, and it was easy to access the apartment. This was a great place for us to have as a home base during our time in Lisbon.

Some details weren't as nice as the photos in the listing. The bed, pillows, bed linens, and towels were quite worn and could use replacing. The bottle collection above the kitchenette can simply be recycled, since the bottles that were there were more 'college frat party' looking than 'bohemian chic' vibe. However, still a great space and glad I stayed here.

The towel warmer.

There was a smell from the kitchen sink where was overwhelming at times. The owner sent us to the wrong address which is on the fourth floor without an elevator in an old building. It was difficult to navigate the stairs. Upon learning the mistake, the owner offered to get an Uber to move us to the correct address. It was appreciated. However, precious time was wasted to deal with the move. We also lost a day's worth of accommodation because our airline moved our departure date a day earlier.

Limpio, amplio, con mucha luz y una muy buena ubicación. Le pondría mejor nota si no fuera porque necesita algunas mejoras.

Huele mal, hay algún problema de cañerías. El agua de la ducha se sale, hay que tener mucho cuidado, yo estaba sola pero si se tienen que duchar más personas se inunda todo el baño. No llega a calentarse nunca el aire acondicionado es insuficiente. Le fregona estaba rota, imposible recoger el agua.

Falta de limpieza en los utensilios de cocina.
