No breakfast included. The location was wonderful. The owner lives downstairs and met us. What a wonderful lady. We loved the experience of staying in a traditional Japanese apartment.
My only criticism is that the cleaning fee is substantial and effectively doubled the cost of our one-night stay. The cleaning fee wasn't mentioned until I actually made the reservation

The location is perfect and the house was super clean. The owner is a lovely lady who greeted us when we arrived!
Nothing.
