Spacious, good enough to cater a large group. Surrounding was quiet at night. 5 mins drive to Coles /Woolies.
ACs were old, not strong enough to cool in hot day. Not all room has AC. Master bedroom AC was making noise in midnight. Kutchen lacked utensils, bin bag, etc. Could be more clean.

Location was ok
Actual place was very different from photos, dining chairs were very very dirty like they have not been wiped in months - you can tell when the cloth is black after wiping them. Bathrooms, aircon were dirty, carpet was dusty, entire place was dusty, floor was partly sticky. Disposable towels were not practical and uncomfortable to use. Very poor maintenance of the place and host didn’t make any effort to clean the house to make the place comfortable for our stay.
