Location is good- close to bus stops which either takes you directly to Sydney central or options to the Eastern beaches. Room is affordable and suitable if you just want somewhere safe with the basics.

There are only two showers (with the toilet in the same bathroom) to be shared amongst the entire building of 8 rooms. It's not really set up to be accommodation and appears to have been a family home or flat previously. The bathroom floors are always very wet, so when you go to the toilet you stand on a wet floor. They have left a sign to "please leave bathroom floor dry as possible" but have provided nothing to dry the floor with. A mop or something to dry the floor with would be helpful as an idea to the owners. The rooms can feel cold but the bed had an electric blanket which meant we could stay warm while sleeping.
