Denis is a truly caring host. Great communication and warm welcome. He was flexible with our possible late arrival time. Lovely, clean and spacious apartment. Coffee machine / coffee was good. Quite and calm

The host welcomed us exactly when we said we will arrive, showed us the apartment and left us. The apartment was very nicely decorated, clean throughout and very comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the Tonnie box (story telling device) even though she doesn't understand german and loved the Avenger's puzzle. It was very calm and quiet and exactly what we needed after a long trip.

Dormire con il camino elettrico acceso è stato bello….vasto assortimento di giochi di società… cucina ben attrezzata…bella finestra che dà sulla strada

All’arrivo la casa non era già calda ma é bastato aprire le valvole e dopo un ora si stava bene.. le scarpe vanno riposte nel vassoio dedicato fuori alla porta d’ingresso… l’accesso non é assolutamente per invalidi per colpa delle scale anche sé poche…

L'hôte était très accueillant et parler Français ce qui a simplifié notre arrivé, le logement très bien et la literie TRES confortable.

Super sauber, herrliche Ausstattung. Wie Zuhause!

Vielen vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Ich hatte wirklich noch nie eine so saubere und 1a ausgestattete Unterkunft. Denis, der Inhaber zeigte uns alles und war bemüht uns ein "Gefühl von Zuhause" zu ermöglichen, um seine Worte zu wählen. Es war wirklich herrlich! Vielen vielen Dank!

Top Preisleistungsverhältnis - sehr sauber und freundlich!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Chez D & D! Denis war super lieb, hilfsbereit und sehr höflich. Er hat uns herzlich empfangen und war jederzeit ansprechbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Die Unterkunft war sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders die persönliche und freundliche Art von Denis hat unseren Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht. Absolute Empfehlung – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Très bien situé à mi chemin entre Cologne et Aix-la-Chapelle. Super accueil tout en français de la part de notre hôte! Tout est conforme à l’annonce. Le logement est fonctionnel et confortable. Je le recommande vivement. Merci encore à Denis!

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Es gibt ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße. Ein Kiosk ist 2 Häuser weiter. Das Bett ist super bequem und groß.

Wir haben die Unterkunft wegen der Nähe zu einem Festivalgelände gebucht, das wir besuchen wollten. Gerne hätten wir mehr Zeit in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment verbracht. Es fehlte an nichts. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Erholung pur! Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Hoffentlich können wir irgendwann noch einmal wiederkommen und länger bleiben.

Perfecte plek om kort of lang te verblijven. Van alle gemakken voorzien met een heerlijke buitenplaats. Prima parkeerple

Het was heel huiselijk ingericht en tot in de details verzorgd. Een erg aardige host, die ons erg ter wille was om alle informatie te delen. Wij hadden maar erg weinig tijd na werk en moesten de volgende dag weer vroeg weg. Dit was geen probleem.

Tolle Unterkunft

Toller herzlicher Empfang, man fühlte sich gleich wohl. Es waren so viele nette Dinge für uns bereit gestellt. Es war einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Man könnte dort gut eine längere Zeit verbringen, Wir waren jedoch auf der Durchreise nach Paris. Ich würde sagen: Besser geht es nicht!!

🌟 Perfekter Aufenthalt – 10/10 🌟 Das Appartement war einfach großartig! Sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht – von der voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zum gemütlichen Wohnbereich. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet wurde. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Vermieter: äußerst freundlich, zuverlässig und jederzeit erreichbar. Der Check-in verlief völlig unkompliziert, und man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen.

Die schöne Lage zwischen Aachen und Köln, unweit der Autobahn, aber ohne Verkehrslärm. Der Gastgeber war nett und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung sauber, gemütlich und schön.

Eine gute Unterkunft, wer ein Appartement sucht für ein paar Tage.

Das Appartement hatte für meine Termine in der Region Aachen eine gute Lage. Mit dem Auto gut erreichbar und auf der Strasse genügend kostenfreie Parkplätze im Umkreis von 200 m. Sehr sauber, sehr freundlich. Und trotz Verkehr tagsüber, ruhig. In der Nacht wird die Strasse kaum oder nicht befahren. Das Schlafzimmer ist zur Gartenseite gelegen. Man kann auch in den Garten und draussen sitzen. Geschäfte sind in der Nähe. 2 Min zu Fuss und 5 Minuten mit dem Auto.

Es hat mir alles gefallen.

Ausgezeichnet in jeder Hinsicht

Schon die Kommunikation vor der Ankunft war derart vorbildlich, dass es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt zu werden versprach. Das bestätigte sich während der Reservierung des Appartements voll und ganz. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Die Liebe zu "kleinen" Details und die Bücher (!) haben mir das Gefühl vermittelt, jederzeit gern gesehener Gast zu sein. In dieser Form absolut außergewöhnlich! Alle Bereiche waren sehr sauber, wohl geordnet und bestens organisiert, so dass ich bei Verfügbarkeit im Herbst sehr gerne wiederkommen werde.

Die Tatsache, dass ich persönlich die Gemütlichkeit der sehr gepflegten Unterkunft wegen meines Tagesprogramms nicht entsprechend nutzen konnte. Bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt werde ich darauf viel mehr achten :)

Wszystko było super, tym bardziej że dotarliśmy do obiektu o 3 w nocy a gospodarz czekał na nas przed drzwiami. Bardzo dziękujemy. Obiekt był czysty, przestronny, był taras i naprawdę bardzo komfortowo.

Ontvangst was super door de gastheer, Zeer vriendelijke man. Van te voren contact gehad hoe laat ik aan kwam en hij was er op de afgesproken tijd om mij de sleutel te overhandigen en een rondleiding door het appartement te geven.
