Fantastic location right outside the main party area, near to great restaurants and bars. Plenty of parking available, and nice neighbourhood. Facilities were nice and the apartment overall was very comfortable. Would stay here again. Very few complaints.
It was very difficult to find the apartment. The owner sent us a Google maps link, but that took us to a road on the other side of the building, as we only discovered when we walked all the way to the wrong building. Even when we found the right road, it took us ages to find the right building as it was all the way at the end and around a dark corner. Some signs might be helpful. Also, the lighting in the apartment wasn't very good, weirdly dark and moody, offering little light. The only other option was a very bright white light, which was somehow worse.

Spacious apartment in a quiet area, nice kitchen equipment. Easy way to collect the keys. Heating and ac was fine.
The communication with the host wasn't straightforward and results in a mistake for the keys drop off. There was no capsules for the coffee machine and a small set of towels. The reconstruction of the road where apartment is located forced us to park far from the place.
