The place was modern and clean with an excellent location that’s close to everything but quiet enough to get good sleep at night. Staff were great and available 24/7.

I have been renting in Playa Del Carmen for a few years and in recent years have been choosing properties managed by Emilio and his business partner. Amazing and prompt service, instant communication and attention to detail. This building is relatively new, very clean with a beautiful rooftop pool, gym and exceptionally friendly reception staff. It is located just a few metres from the hustle and bustle of 5th Avenue which offers you dozens of shops, cafés, restaurants and nightlife within metres from your condo. There is a major supermarket just one block away and an amazing track and field complex at the end of the street perfect for walking, jogging or a space just to be active. The condo is lacking nothing. It is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and cooking utensils needed for your stay. It had paper towel and toiletries that last for my 3 week stay. The AC and WIFI worked perfectly. It has a nice spacious balcony overlooking the street. Although there is some noise at night, it did not keep me awake. The condo is just a couple block from Mamita Beach.
