15mins walk to Excel. Car parking included. Quiet.

Lacked air conditioning or through flow ventilation. Windows are in the sun so it was a bit hot.

The appartment is perfect, spacious living room and very nice bedroom with comfortable bed. Really loved the balcony with amazing view. Evetything you need is there. Location is very good, so close to DLR and the tube.

アパートメントは、DLR Royal Victoria駅から徒歩5分、Elizabeth Line/DLR Custom House駅、ExCel Londonから15分ほどの場所にあり、とても便利でした． 部屋は、18階にあり、ベランダからは、テームズ川対岸のO2アリーナ、Royal Docksからのゴンドラ、Canary Wharf、Canning townなど、眺望を楽しむことができました． 部屋に入ると、広くて明るい落ち着いたリビングとキッチン、テーブル・椅子、ソファ・テレビ、冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・オーブン・食洗機・コーヒーメーカー・電子ポットがあり、その隣には、独立した寝室とワードローブ、洗面・トイレ・バスタブ・シャワー・ドライヤーがありました． 部屋の設備はすべてが十分に揃っていて、清潔に管理されており、快適に過ごすことができました． ロンドンの市街中心部からは離れており、周辺に飲食店は多くはありませんが、すぐ近くにスーパーマーケットがあり、自炊ができ、Wifiも完備されており、特に不自由なことはありませんでした． オーナーさんは親切で、案内はわかりやすく、質問への回答も迅速でした．鍵の受け渡し、Wifiの設定、ゴミの捨て方など、とても助かりました． もしExCel Londonでのイベントなどで滞在するのなら、ぜひお勧めしたい宿泊先です．

Location, cleanliness, high standards of equipment, fixtures & fittings. Proximity to public transport & parking availability.

Lack of public parking availability during key collection/ handover(lots of pavement refurb in progress) not owners fault but a pain non the less.It was very warm in the accommodation, had to open balcony doors to cool down.
