A smart apartment with all the amenities you could need in a nice location. Cosy, well heated, clean and comfortable beds.
The check-in was chaotic, inconvenient (pick up keys half a mile from the location - what happens if you have no car and a large suitcase like we did?). Then another key pick up from a random key box 50m away. Also had incorrect check-in codes sent to us. Not easy at all.
