Posizione perfetta, a 2 minuti a piedi dal mare e a 5 minuti dal centro per passare un piacevole dopo cena. Terrazza vista mare dal sesto piano, semplicemente wow. Cucina con lavastoviglie, mai scontata.
Gli utensili della cucina non sono compatibili con la tipologia della cucina. Gli spazi sono piccoli, quindi consiglio di fornire padelle, pentole e piatti di misura piú piccola.

Dalla terrazza si vede tutta la pineta. È a due passi dal mare e nel raggio di due isolati si trovano bar, tabacchi, supermercato, lavanderia e un pub.
