Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I had vehicle troubles. They went out of their to assist in all ways possible.
The unit is advertised as airconditioned, but only has a single fan. There were other accommodation options in the area, within the same price range, that do have airconditioning. Personally I would not have made a booking if they did not advertise the unit as being airconditioned.

The hosts were very warm and welcoming. The place was neat and clean. The room was exactly as was on the displayed on the photos. The WiFi was good and reliable. We really enjoyed our stay.
I do prefer a bathroom/shower with a door.

The Host was involved and tried to help where she could. It is located in a great area, silent and rest-full.
The Toilet seat was missing and there was no privacy on the bathroom (no Door). There was no Aircon even though it said that there were in the Booking. The other guests complained that the noise from the tv was bothering them whilst we could barely hear anything on the TV. (Guest - KAREN Problem not host Problem)
