The room was very clean and comfortable towels were changed every day and looked new. Bed was lovely
The location was difficult for me. I wanted to be near attractions. No big shops nearby but the seafood at the hotel restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend eating here it’s fresh straight from the tanks

We stayed in Shenzhen for one night and it was great! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable but what really made our experience was how friendly the receptionists were. They gave us lots of water and were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was a bit underwhelming but for a free meal I can't complain. Overall, I would definitely recommend!

good location, 5 min walk to the metro station. Resto in the ground floor (recommend breakfirst and lunch only, with various choices of traditional dimsim) good value for money
carpet is not that clean

modern spacious room, nice breakfast
Very noisy neighbours until 1am, still heard the TV next door, so sound proofing is not the best. The shower water temperature was inconsistent.
