Yulia was a very caring and helpful host. She kindly waited patiently for us at the apartment and greeted us cheerfully. Yulia kept in touch with us regularly, making sure we were OK and giving us help and suggestions of places and restaurants to visit and how to get there. The location is perfect. Easy walking distance from the railway station, 200 metres. While you are in Ancona, make sure you Go to Loreto! Go to the Frassasi caves and have lunch at the quaint restaurant at Genga railway station on your way back. Fabulous places. Thank you Yulia for everything, we wish you well.
This is not a dislike, this is just a suggestion. I think, if possible, the television be placed in the kitchen area not the bedroom. But that's a personal choice. Also, for us the apartment is quite compact. Once again not a dislike but our personal perspective.

Nice apartment just outside the train station. Everything is new, once you close the windows you can’t hear any noise. Great stay! I recommend it !

Tolles Appartement in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs Ancona. Sauber und komfortabel. Yulia war sehr nett, gentilissima, immer hilfsbereit, mit Tipps für Ausflüge, Restaurants und Bars. Sie übernahm eine Tisch Reservierung für uns und bat uns auch uns zum Strand zu fahren, einfach Top! Als Willkommensgruß gab es Wein, Drinks und Snacks, Einmalig. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind vor dem Haus vorhanden. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, SmartTV, WiFi und Klimaanlage sind top. Zug, Bushaltestellen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Man erreicht das Stadtzentrum mit einem 20 minütigen Spaziergang am Hafen vorbei. Ancona selbst hat eine sehr schöne Altstadt. Ausflüge zu Loreto, Sirolo, Civitanova Marche, sowie zu den Stränden des Monte Conero, von Senigallia, Riccione und Rimini sind sehr zu empfehlen. Es waren 15 sehr schöne Tage bei Yulia.
PS: Flughafen Ancona ist nur 17 Minuten mit dem Zug entfernt.
