The garage door can only be opened from inside the house.  Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM - This is a peaceful neighborhood where guests come to relax and enjoy the serenity of the area. Many neighbors are permanent residents, and we expect all guests to respect the quiet environment at all times. Guests need to enter the house first to access and open the garage door. Guests can log in with their own accounts for Netflix and other streaming services. No smoking Pets are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per pet per stay  Guests must be 25 or older to book Failure to follow these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. No events, parties, or large gatherings Please report any damages that occur during stay Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time. These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners, or any subsequent guests affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance.
