النظافة و المرونة في التعامل وقت الدخول دخلت قبل الموعد ب 6 ساعات تأخرت على موعد الخروج الى المغرب والمفترض يكون خروجي الساعه 12 ظهراً وكان التعامل راقي جداً جداً جداً

مافي اي مساعدة بالأمتعة ولا مبلى بشكل غير لائق ، طلبت فقط مساعدة بالأمتعة الخاصة بي ولم يساعدني احد رغم انه كان هناك السكرتير وكدة تسقط حقيبتي ولم يساعدني احد! تصرف غير لائق وغير إنساني بجهتي أنا لو رأيت هذا الموقف لساعدت الشخص حتى لو كنت ليس موظفاً بالفندق ولكن هذا الفندق غير إنساني برغم أننا كانا بافضل وأشرف بقعة بالعالم .
