The apartment has anything you might need even for a longer stay. There are enough parking spots, so there were no issues with the parking. The hosts were very helpful, accommodating and always ready to answer any questions. There is a great view towards the river.

We recommend this apartment.

The apartment was clean and it had everything you would need, even for a longer stay. The location is very good and the neighbours were kind. There is a lot of space and staying with family or friends is a great time.

The heating could use some work, because only the living room had heating using an air-conditioner. We recommend having parking instructions, as we spent some time following the navigation and then wondering around for a place to park.

Отседнахме четирима възрастни и останахме много доволни. Апартаментът е просторен, чист и отлично оборудван, подходящ и за по-дълъг престой, както и за семейства с деца и бебета. Голям плюс е безплатният паркинг, а собственикът беше много отзивчив и любезен. Определено бихме го избрали отново и го препоръчваме!

Апартаментът е разкошен! Модерен, просторен, с всички необходими удобства в него. Терасата открива чудна гледка към реката! Локацията е близо до магазин и ресторанти. Домакинът е много любезен и отзивчив и бихме се върнали пак с голямо удоволствие! Цялото семейство сме изключително доволни от престоя. Всичко в апартамента е както на снимките, дори и по-хубаво!

Апартаментът е уютен и удобен и има всичко необходимо за комфортен и спокоен престой - фурна, котлони, микровълнова, пералня, кафемашина, хладилник с фризер, прибори, чаши, чинии, съдове за готвене, климатик в дневната, отоплителни уреди в двете спални. Може свободно да се паркира около блока. На пешеходно разстояние има хранителен магазин, места за хранене (препоръчвам Resto Instanbul Pide - всеки ден се хранихме там), аптека. През въжения мост срещу блока се отива към парк за разходка и игра. Мястото беше отправна точка за нашите обиколки обиколки из околните прекрасни места (например Дяволския мост в Ардино, с. Лисиците, Татул, Перперикон и т.н.). Комуникацията с домакина е бърза и лесна. Препоръчвам мястото за настаняване и престой. Подходящо е за семейства с деца. Ние уцелихме дъждовно време и не успяхме да посетим всичко, което бяхме планирали, така че при следващ престой отново ще отседнем тук.

Дограмата на блока е доста некачествена (въпреки че е нова, също и блокът е ново строителство). На нас не ни пречеше този недостаък, но го казвам, за да се има предвид. Ние отседнахме в началото на април, но предполагам през лятято ще има комари, заради реката и бих препоръчала да се сложат комарници. Другата ми препоръка е за закачалка/рафтчета/гардеробче в коридора

Yeri efsane, nehir kenarı, tertemiz, her türlü eşya var. TV, kocaman buzdolabı, çamaşır bulaşık makinesi, ütü, klima, ocak , kahve makinesi kaliteli, erzak bile vardı.Sıcacık, geniş odalar, yepyeni ve zevkle döşenmiş.
