L'accueil du propriétaire tjrs disponible. L'emplacement de l'appartement dans les beaux quartiers et très proche de la corniche et des commerces et restaurants

Location 2 blocks from corniche, good kitchen - well equipped, lots of nearby restaurants & shopping mall
This building is under construction. 12 hours a day of jackhammering noise. Bathroom shower & ceiling was moldy & we scrubbed both. The freezer had black mold in it and we cleaned it. There is an ant problem: we think we got rid of ants in bathroom & kitchen. Chairs need to be tightened / replaced as they collapse on person. Price went up 300 euros & then owner asked if we were staying.
