Great location. Very clean. Very comfortable beds. Great hot tub. Had a massage chair that was nice. Nice full kitchen including Keurig & a coffee maker. Electronic locks to house were great.
This is a minor issue, but we could have used a few more big towels & a dish sponge.

Property was in a great location and was perfect for our family of three (parents and adult child) spending a long weekend in Indianapolis. The bikes were a big hit as was the patio to relax in the evening!
There were no closets in the home and very little room to place our suitacases but we made it work.

The roost was the perfect place for my family to stay. We were in town for an All-Star cheer competition at the fairgrounds and this home was the perfect place for us to stay. The rooms are large. The family room is cozy and the kitchen has every amenity plus more. A huge bonus was the finished basement space that my daughters Could have to themselves to hang out and to get ready for their cheer competition. Having their own bathroom, family room and sleeping space separate from the main part of the house was truly amazing. The hot tub was clean and hot. The owners of the property have taken a lot of thought into the space with labeling everything to the welcome book and friendly reminders. The space very user friendly. The neighborhood was adorable and well kept and safe. the cherry on top was the ability to bring my fur baby with. We will definitely book again if we are ever back in Indy.
My only suggestion would be to put hooks in the bedrooms & by the front & back doors. In the winter and fall, it would be nice to have a place to hang jackets by the front and back door as well as towels for the hot tub and clothes in the bedrooms.
